It didn't look so dark on the video camera. Next time I'll turn on the light!

  6. Loved your vlog! I am considering one too, but I have to figure out how to do it! I have an Apple computer with a built in camera, do you think that I would be able to use it? Anyway, hope you have/had a great Thanksgiving at your Moms.

  10. How's your restriction now? I think your husband's right: I was always convinced at the beginning that the restriction wasn't working, that I was eating the same as ever... but somehow it was helping me to eat less, and when I got weighed - there would be the evidence, even if only a couple of pounds. Patience is the hardest part with lapbands, I think. Lots of luck to you.
